Transaction Fulfillment Security

We are PCI compliant. All online orders are processed safely and secure through Stripe Payment Form with HTTPS Level Security. (www.stripe.com) All credit card / debit card : VISA, MC, AMEX, DISCOVER data entered through the checkout payment form is securely sent directly through Stripe‘s private encrypted servers. Doing this further protects your personal and private information.

From the Stripe Security Policy : ” Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, we make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe.”

HTTPS and HSTS for secure connections

Stripe forces HTTPS for all services using TLS (SSL), including our public website and the Dashboard.

• Stripe.js is served only over TLS

• Stripe’s official libraries connect to Stripe’s servers over TLS and verify TLS certificates on each connection

We regularly audit the details of our implementation: the certificates we serve, the certificate authorities we use, and the ciphers we support. We use HSTS to ensure browsers interact with Stripe only over HTTPS. Stripe is also on the HSTS preloaded lists for both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

Encryption of sensitive data and communication

All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services (API, website, etc.). ” – Stripe.com/security/stripe

Order Fulfillment

All orders are processed on a daily basis from Sunday thru Saturday in the order we receive them ( *note Some holidays may affect processing time )

Shipping & Handling Delivery Policy

Currently we ship and process all orders through the USPS Postal Service, using Priority Mail Shipping.

You should be receiving your package in about 2-4 business days depending on the mail carrier

Usually our processing time is 24 hours or less, but this may vary based on carrier shipping schedules and our roasting schedules.

All shipping charges reflect current USPS prices and may change or be updated dependent on current USPS policies. *For Discounted and Included Shipping please check our Merch Page for select items with Free Priority Mail Shipping service.

Package Tracking

All orders are processed and sent through USPS with Priority Tracking, and as soon as your order ships, we send you the shipping tracking number and information. If you haven’t heard from us after 48hrs of placing your order, please contact us and we’ll sort it out for you.

Exchanges and Returns Policy

All sales are handled thru a third party, so you will need to contact the vendor (teespring for example) and request an exchange or refund.

The subscription based program is non-refundable and it will be up to the customer to cancel the subscription.

Order cancellation

Transactions are immediately charged / debited when placing your order and in most cases orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Online ‘Vault’ orders will need to be cancelled via account settings.
